SCADA Support Plans

As an extension of our standard service, we offer a variety of support packages that allow our customers to leverage our renowned SCADA expertise to optimize the functionality and use of their Callisto equipment. The SCADA Support Matrix provides details on each of these plans. 


Equipment Returns / Repairs

To expedite the equipment repair process, a return authorization form should be completed and faxed or e-mailed to DAQ. The form will then be returned with a valid authorization number.

This form must accompany all items sent to DAQ for repair.
