Scanner Transmitter/Receiver

Working in conjunction with DT30/DR30 tone transmitters and receivers, DST30/DSR30 scanner systems provide efficient solutions for centralized data acquisition and control of one or more remote locations. Locations may be either attended or unattended and equipment can range from breakers and switches to pumps and valves.

Scanner system pairs can accommodate up to 16 discrete inputs and 16 discrete relay contact outputs, with solid-state outputs also available as an option. Up to 4 DST30/DSR30 pairs can be multiplexed over a single tone channel, providing up to 54 status inputs and outputs. DST30 and DSR30 units are packaged as plug-in modules, fitting into industry standard bins and frames.

DST30

  • Provides 8 or 16 photo-isolated status inputs
  • Positive or negative voltage status keying (12, 24, 48 or 125, DC or AC) or dry-contact keying
  • Start/stop input for external A/D converter devices
  • Optional status change detector

DSR30

  • Provides 8 or 16 outputs through Form A relay contacts or solid state circuitry
  • 8 outputs provide isolated Form A contacts and back contacts can be brought out to a Form C output per point
  • Selectable double scan function or status change detection option
  • Loss of data options include maintain last valid data or reset to zero signal position
