If you lost (forgot) your password and cannot log in, it must be reset.

Resetting a password is a two-step process that uses an automated email system.

Step 1 - Generate a Confirmation email

The first step requires the user to enter the Username and/or Email Address provided when you registered the account, (leave the Confirmation Code field blank) and press Send Password. If successful, you will receive an email from the DAQ website that will contain instructions for resetting your password.

Step 2 - Use the Confirmation Code to generate a new Password

After receiving the Confirmation Code email, follow the link in the email end enter the confirmation code to begin the password reset process.
